* The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please contact us at info@divachoice.co.uk

* Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

* Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Please also ensure that the hygiene strip is not removed, we will not accept any returns on any product where this is the case

* All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.

* Refunds will not be given on any bath products that are not their original condition, unopened and with the seal intact, Please state your reasons for the return. We will refund to you the full amount of the returned goods, less the original delivery charges. For exchanges, again, please return goods in their original packaging within 7 days of your receipt. Upon our receiving the item/s, we will dispatch alternative goods as arranged. In this instance re-delivery charges for the replacement goods will be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for either refunds or exchanges, so you will have to cover the costs of returning your items to us.

* We cannot accept returns on hosiery once packs have been opened. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.

* We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.

* We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.

* Please note that we only offer size exchanges. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place contact us.

* Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. The original PayPal account used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
