We hope you fall in love with your Diva Choice products. But we know that from time to time you may want to return them to us. If for whatever reason you are not entirely delighted we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* The form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
* Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie – we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Please also ensure that the hygiene strip is not removed, we will not accept any returns on any product where this is the case
* All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
* Refunds will not be given on any bath products that are not their original condition, unopened and with the seal intact, Please state your reasons for the return. We will refund to you the full amount of the returned goods, less the original delivery charges. For exchanges, again, please return goods in their original packaging within 7 days of your receipt. Upon our receiving the item/s, we will dispatch alternative goods as arranged. In this instance re-delivery charges for the replacement goods will be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for either refunds or exchanges, so you will have to cover the costs of returning your items to us.
* We cannot accept returns on hosiery once packs have been opened. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
* We do not give refunds on gift voucher purchases.
* We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
* Please note that we only offer size exchanges. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place contact us.
* Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of items to allow for inspection. The original PayPal account used for payment will be credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.* We do not refund or exchange any earrings for hygiene reasons
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Diva Choice reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Payment – Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Diva Choice products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis.
The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
